Corrective Action(s): Handwashing stations are to be accessible and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels at all times during operational hours. Adequate supply of single-use paper towels are to be available on site.

Observation: Items not required for business use stored on the floor in back area of premises. Hard-to-reach areas inaccessible for sanitary maintenance.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to ensure items not required for business use are removed. All items are to be stored at least 15 cm off the floors to facilitate frequent cleaning and to prevent pest attraction.

Observation: Rodent droppings noted in filtration room and underneath handwashing station in back area.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to ensure noted areas are cleaned and sanitized with a dilute bleach solution at 100ppm. A dilute chlorine solution can be made using 1/2 teaspoon of 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 liter of water. Solution can be made fresh daily, applied to a cleaned surface, and allowed to air dry.

3 water refilling faucets are routinely sanitized with a dilute bleach solution at 100ppm.
New caps are provided to patrons. Used caps are collected on site.
Water bottles are washed with an ozone rinser prior to patrons refilling at station.
