Food not cooled in an acceptable manner [s. 12(a)] (Foods are not being cooled properly. The cook prepared meat stew an hour ago and has separated them into pails with lids on. He has left them to cool at room temperature. Temperature of the stew was 60 degC. This is too hot and means that the stew is not being cooled down fast enough.)

-Business had hot water at the taps.
-The hot water tank will be upgraded to a larger one than what is currently (284L) on-site. As discussed, email me a copy of the work order once that's done. Get this done before next Friday (March 9th).
