-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under grill cooler was at 3C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -15C.
-Under counter freezer was at -18C.
-Chest freezer was at -16C.
-Chicken on the grill was reheated to 74C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-comartment sink. Sink prepared with 100ppm bleach sanitizer.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pails tested at 200ppm (properly labelled).
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
