Routine Inspection: - Hand wash station had access to hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel - 200ppm chlorine available in pail and in spray bottle - 3 compartment sink available - not in use during inspection but operator had adequate knowledge for making sanitizer solution - Stainless steel cooler was 4c or lower - Chest freezer and upright freezer were -18C or lower *Ensure to clean ice build up - provide maintenance if required* - Under grill cooler was 4C or lower - Ice machine in good condition - scoop kept in container outside of ice machine - Rice scoop kept in ice water - Sushi is made to order - only have some rolls pre-made to accommodate for lunch rush - Food storage practices were good - No pest activity noted during inspection - General sanitation and cleanliness was good No signature required due to COVID-19 Please contact the health officer if there are any questions or concerns
