- please ensure that all staff eat / drink at the designated station/area, not at the front serving area ( corrected at the time of inspection )
- quat used as approved sanitizer and test strips are available at the 3-compartment sink for daily monitoring
- all employees - wearing clean uniforms and hair protection
- daily temperature logs are up to date

- hand sanitizers - available at the front/ordering line for customers to use
- one way line- directing customers in one way in and exit
