Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Creamers are being left on top of ice pack and unable to maintain at 4C again. Staffs were told to move the creamers to cooler and then back every 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to put on a sign and leave creamers in coolers only to avoid using time to track. Ice pack is not working and will not be acceptable to keep creamers at 4C or colder.

Observation: Soap dispenser removed from public washroom as it is too heavy and fell off the wall yesterday as per staff.
Corrective Action(s): Please find an alternative soap dispenser or fill in half the dispenser at a time so it is not as heavy or place a pump soap. Please correct this asap.
