Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BFYTZH:

- No cooling of hot foods observed at the time of the inspection.
- Most food items are stored in smaller, shallow bins/pins/insert containers.
- Surface sanitizer in spray bottles in the main kitchen/dining area measured at > 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Label the spray bottles as "sanitizer".
- The main handwashing station in the kitchen supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels. No cooking equipment or utensils stored inside the sink.
- Better organization of foods observed inside the back upright cooler with sliding doors. Raw meats stored in lower shelves and raw vegetables stored in upper shelves to prevent cross contamination. - General sanitation has improved. The following areas have been thoroughly cleaned:
- underneath the three compartment sink
- around the grill/deep fryer/stove top
- behind the chest freezers/upright coolers
- underneath the shelving racks in the back
- Daily temperature logs for coolers and freezers kept up to date.
- A working thermometer now available inside the domestic cooler.
- No issues noted.
