Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0ppm chlorine detected in final rinse. Tube was not fully inserted into sanitizer. Once inserted into sanitizer and unit primed approx. 100ppm detected into final rinse.
Corrective Action(s): Resanitize all utensils that went through the dishwasher today.
