The following items have been observed: --> A new 3-door stand up cooler has been purchased, to replace the old 3-door sliding cooler. --> Temperature of 3-door cooler is measured at 2.4 deg.C --> Wiping cloths are noted in sanitizer bucket --> Sanitizer bucket is made at time of visit, at 100ppm chlorine --> Mouse droppings have been removed. Closure order rescinded. Facility can now re-open. * Purchase chlorine test strips to test sanitizer concentration.
