Comments

Some decline noticed in the number of mice droppings. The entire warehouse has been thoroughly cleaned and swept using bleach mops.
However, some new droppings still noticed in the South West section of the warehouse. Mice droppings noticed under the wall between retail section and SW section
of the warehouse. Mice droppings also observed underneath some wooden pallets. Weekly monitoring records are being sent.

No evidence of mice activity found on top of the walk-in cooler and freezer.

The following corrective actions must be completed and continued:

1. Repair the water leak underneath the utility sink to eliminate the water source for rodents.
2. Small mouse traps (with food) must be placed along the entire SW section (along the walls and around wooden pallets)
to trap any remaining mouse.
3. All existing old droppings must be swept and removed after counting.
4. Continue monitoring and mapping any new mice activity on the map to establish a trend.
5. Absolutely no food, water or food debris to be left on the floors overnight. Staff should lookout for any broken food containers; any damaged boxes must be discarded immediately
6. Consider checking the delivery trucks for evidence of rodents.
7. Consider moving the pallets in all areas of the warehouse for rodent monitoring and sweeping.

Please also fax reports from the pest control provider.
