Routine: -Hand sink fully equipped but soap dispenser not in use. Ensure proper soap is purchased for soap dispenser -Cooler at 4°C or less -Freezer at -18°C or less -Two-compartment sink used for manual dishwashing and handwashing -Quats sanitizer spray bottle at 200ppm. Filled up from dispenser EcoLab at Pinewoods down below. *Configuration of kitchen has been changed in serving area with hot holding and handsink is no longer available. Provide an updated floor plan and consult Fraser Health prior to any major changes in the future. *Obtain temperature logs for use in kitchen -Food Safe trained staff on-site.
