Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked shrimp, cut vegetables and cooked seafood stored outside of display cooler at 10.1C-12.2C. All potentially hazardous foods must be stored at <4C. Operator indicated items were taken out from working cooler less than 1 hour ago. Operator moved items to working cooler

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door of the kitchen open during operation. operator indicated that during operation door would usually be open. Open doors allows for potential entrace of pests. Install a screen door with sweeper if wanting to keep the door open. Operator closed the door.
