> Ice machine is well maintained, scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
> Stir sticks are kept in ice.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> Services are provided by Orkin monthly.
> Last report from December 28 reviewed on site - activity was noted with the flytrap by the sandwich prep cooler. Please ensure sanitation around this area is well maintained.
