- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Coolers (domestic, double door) are < or = 4C - Freezers (domestic, chests) are < or = -18C - Hot holding units were not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure they are capable of maintaining foods at 60C or greater. - Bleach is available. Ensure bleach sanitizer is prepared when concession is open. Mix 1/2 teaspoon per 1L of water to achieve the correct concentration. - Dry storage is satisfactory - No signs of pests observed during inspection - Premise is well lit
