Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below. All freezer units were at -18.0C or below. Interior of the ice machine noted in a sanitary condition. Bleach sanitizer container noted at 100 PPM (it was slightly at the low end of 100 PPM, operator added slightly more bleach and concentration was noted at 200 PPM). High temperature dish machine was noted at 71.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Overall cleanliness and organization satisfactory.
