Observation: Mice droppings found under shelves in the dry storage area; and on the kitchen corner (prep.table with the handwashing sink/ a wall).
Corrective Action(s): All mice droppings must be clean and floor has to be sanitized with Bleach solution.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Broken the cold water tap at the kitchen handwashing sink which near the dishwasher & prep. table. Cold water unavailable.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the cold water tap.

Comments

General sanitation - satisfactory but required attention in some areas (see the violation section).
Other handwashing stations (front/back) are stocked with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
Coolers (walk in, upright) < or = to 4 C.
Walk-in freezers at -18 C.
Two compartment sink used for manual dishwashing.
Note: Bulk sanitizer - available.
Fan hood - satisfactory.
Note: High temperature dishwasher is not in use at the time of inspection. (Ensure that the dishwasher < 71 C.)
Food storage in cold units - satisfactory (covered).
Dry storage area - organized. Dry food items are stored in food grade containers with tight fitting lids and off the floor.

Note: The staff claimed that a pest service is on site 2 times a month.

Reminder:
- Front handwashing sink was blocked at the time of arrival (a tray with napkins and single use utensils covered the sink).
