Comments

- During time of follow-up, operator was able to demonstrate adequate manual warewashing for facility, bleach dip being used during time of inspection, concentration at 100 ppm
Note: Contact Environmental Health Officer when serviced at 5pm, then submit invoice
- Foods from walk-in cooler have been moved to another colder cooler, only use walk-in cooler for potentially hazardous foods when it is serviced/ repaired.
