Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CKHQ3U
2 chlorine sanitizer spray bottles were available in the kitchen area - both detected with 200 ppm chlorine residual.
Paper towel and liquid soap available by the bar handwash station.
High temperature dish machine is fixed. Able to reach 71.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Fume hood noted in a sanitary condition.
Cabinet below the bar handwash sink noted in a sanitary condition.
2-compartment sink not noted cluttered with dishes and chemicals - excellent.
