This addition of new menu has not been approved by the inspector. Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to contact the district inspector when adding new menu / equipment for approval. Staff is unaware of the proper reheating procedure for frozen soups. Ensure to reheat the soups to 74C or above (using the microwave) and transfer them to heated up warmer. Warmer should not be used to heat up the cold soup; warmer is for maintaining the hot soup at 60C or above. Violation Score: 3
