Observation: 1. Oil from sweets splattered on wooden table to the right of the wok underneath the cook line.
2. Mould accumulation above the 2-compartment sink to the right of the hand washing sink
3. Area underneath the 2-compartment sink is in poor sanitary condition and continues to be mouldy
4. Wooden tables (2x) at the front of the kitchen area, and underneath the dish-pit, are both in various stages of decay and should be replaced with a table that is smooth and impervious to moisture.
5. Area underneath hanging wok on the wall is starting to form mouldy residues.
Corrective Action(s): Aforementioned areas to be cleaned, mould removed, and oil degreased. Area underneath hanging wok needs to be scrubbed to remove mould-like residues, especially from the baseboard underneath.

While area is in improved sanitary condition compared to previous inspections, much work still needs to be done. See violation codes above
Garbage bins previously used for storage of dry goods have been replaced with containers with tight-fitted lids
