Paper inspection #256627. Follow up inspection.

Automatic Quat dispenser no longer in use as it is not functioning.

Manager manually create solution and test solution to be 200 to 400 ppm Quat everytime.
Instructions and signage for dilution posted.
Manager will keep chemical logs on site.
Note: Quat solution lose their effectiveness over time and heavy use. Make new solution as needed.
Food and service now sanitary.

Facility in compliance.
