Broken tiles located near the drain at the line cooks area. Operator informed that they are aware of the issue. Repair man called last week and is pending. Grease build up in between broken tiles are hard to clean and may attract pest. monitor area to ensure no water is stagnant - minor grease build up underneath the hot holding tables - This area will require attention in the near future to prevent major grease build up - Large grease build up may attract pests. - Hand washing stations are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, single use towels. - All refridgeration temperatures are less than 4 C - All freezer units at less than or equal to -18 C - All hot holding units had temperatures greater than or equal to -60 C - All buckets of quaternary-ammonium sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm - 3 compartment sink had quaternary-ammonium as sanitizer available at 200 ppm - overall sanitation is satisfactory - All food stored at 6 inches off the ground - vents are clean - no pest observed during inspection - Food safe certified staff on site - Operating permit visible - Food safety plan and sanitation plan available - Covid safety plan available.
