Bakery freezer is being used for storing baked goods.

200ppm Quats used for sanitizing
Three compartment method of dishwashing is being utilized; Sanitizer concentration in the 3rd compartment of the sink is 200ppm
Wiping cloth is stored in a 200ppm Quats sanitizer solution; solution is refreshed every 2 hours. ADD MORE SANITIZER SOLUTION INTO THE CONTAINER.
