Routine Inspection Front service area: Walk-in cooler at 4 C or below. Sandwich display cooler at 4 C or below. 2 door cooler at 4 C or below. Hot holding of butter chicken and soups at 60 C or above. Handwashing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Sanitizer in bucket registered at 200 ppm quats. **Wood shelving still requires an appropriate finish (must be smooth, non-porous and easy to clean). Retail area: Self serve cooler at 4 C or below. Back area: Walk-in freezer at -7 C (should be -18 C). Walk-in cooler at 5.5 C (staff were restocking cooler at the time of inspection and door was kept open). Ensure it comes down to 4 C within the next hour. Dishwasher registered at 71 C or above on the plate surface during the final rinse. Handwashing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. General sanitation satisfactory. Discussed maintaining temperature logs. Hot foods are prepared on the same day as service. Leftovers sold cold. FOODSAFE Level 1 requirement met at the time of inspection.
