A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -25C; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle had 200ppm strength. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or platforms; foods stored separately from non-foods. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being done. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - COVID-19 measures in place, such as: staff wear masks; signs posted on doors; hand sanitizer available to staff & patrons; and social distancing being done. - All in order. **Original inspection was hand written and given to the manager at time of inspection.
