-Routine Inspection
-Handwash station equipped with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot water
-Refrigeration units are measured 4C or less. All equipped with thermometers. The baby fridge thermometer does not seem to be working. Please ensure a working thermometer is available for all coolers.
-Freezer measured -15C and equipped with thermometer
-No signs of pest activity
-Sanitation is satisfactory in kitchen
-Sanitizer spray bottle is 100ppm chlorine solution. Operator tests solution to ensure 100ppm is achieved
-Dishwasher measuring 71.1C at the plate level and 2 compartment sink is available
-Foodsafe certificate expires in 2023
-Raw meat is thawed on the lowest shelf of the cooler according to the operator. Thawing not done during the inspection.
