Comments

-Follow-up inspection to May 10, 2016. -Raw foods were properly stored below and separately from ready-to-eat foods. -Scoops were properly stored in a sanitary manner. -Quats sanitizer spray bottles and pail were labelled at the time of inspection - tested at 200ppm. -Operator has purchased the incorrect bags for storing foods. Garbage bags are intended for foodservice trash and not for contact of food. -Updated sanitation / employee sick policy has been submitted to the Health Department. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
