Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Repeat violation: The sanitizer bucket for the dishwasher was completely empty resulting in a 0 ppm chlorine reading after running it through a cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach replaced during the inspection.

Comments

-Recommend adding the dishwasher chlorine sanitizer test to the daily temperature records.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
