- This is NOT a food grade sanitizer unless rinsed afterwards with water
- Operator informed that bleach solution will be used instead

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - During time of inspection, water was shut-off at handwashing station in back processing area due to leaky faucet at 3-compartment sink
- Operator informed that there is currently no food processing at the moment (i.e., re-packaging)
- Hot/cold running water was restored during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels is ALWAYS available at ALL times at ALL handwashing stations
