Observation: Rodent droppings were observed under multiple wooden pallets.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove the droppings and disinfect the area with 1 part bleach to 9 part water solution.
- Regularly clean the area under wooden pallets to monitor any new rodent activity.
- Notify your Pest Control Company about the problematic areas.

Observation: Flour spill observed under the shelving unit that could attract rodents into the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Regularly clean the facility including the hard to reach areas such as corners, along the walls & under the shelving units to prevent build up of food debris.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted.

Observations:
- Temperature of all the coolers including walk in coolers, reach in coolers & display coolers was recorded at or below 4C.
- Temperature of freezers was noted between -18C to -4C.
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date.
- All handwash sinks (x3) in the back area were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Third party conducts deep cleaning every month in addition to regular cleaning by staff.
- Significant improvement noted in terms of pest activity.
- Operator stated that the pest control company conducts weekly checks.
- Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility.
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
