Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # AHEN-AABTM5 of May-26-2016 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] (0 ppm chlorine was being dispensed by the glasswasher even after the chlorine sanitizer bottle was connected to the pipe. )

Follow-up Inspection: -The glass-washer was re-serviced by a technician and 100 ppm chlorine residual was available at the surface of the glass. -Staff had test strips on-site to monitor the concentration of chlorine. Records indicated that they were performing checks twice per day. Please continue monitoring the chlorine residual after the glasswasher rinse to ensure that glasses are being adequately washed and sanitized. Thank you for making improvements.
