Comments

- Church kitchen provides food service for concerts held at the church which are open to the public.
- Kitchen and equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
- Domestic cooler 4C *Cooler was initially 8C; however was adjusted at time of inspection and temperature decreased. Continue to monitor.
- Temperature records present and up to date
- Thermometer present in cooler; however, may not be reading accurately. Obtain second thermometer for inside unit and verify accuracy.
- Chest freezer -19C
- Domestic fridge/freezer 3/-15C
- High temperature dishwasher/sanitizer was operational. Final rinse was 71.6C at dish surface. Min/max thermometer present for monitoring.
- "Purell" multi-surface alcohol based sanitizer (DIN 02469529) present and used for food contact surfaces (ie. countertops and tables). Product label states product is approved for use on food contact surfaces and no rinse is required.
- Bleach is also present.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
- Ensure one person is present who has a valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate during food preparation/service to the public.
