Comments

All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder.
All freezers are -18 degrees or colder.
Quat sanitizer residual measured 200 PPM in wiping cloth buckets.
Dipper well in use.
Soups in warmers were both hotter than 60 degrees C.
Dishwasher final rinse has a 100 PPM chlorine residual. Top of dishwasher and along edges requires cleaning to remove buildup.
Walk in cooler and freezer well organized.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks.
Note: Floor in kitchen have been approved to be refinished.
