During summer , owner added 2 more outdoor tables but the total number of seats does not been affected. Ensure to keep all wiping clothes in the bleach solution at all times Daily temperature log must be up to date ( will mail you a copy of the daily temperature sheet ) Also, record the high temperature dishwasher , last cycle temperature for your reference. During inspection, the dishwasher is not operational.
