Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Blenders and frequently used items are not washed-rinsed-sanitized at adequate frequency. Items are washed-rinsed-sanitized only at end of night. The dishwasher was not turned on upon arrival of EHO however business was operational for hours prior to this.

Corrective Action(s): Food items should be prepared in food preparation sink. Dishwashing sink is to be used for dishwashing.
Facility has a two compartment prep sink and two compartment dishwashing sink. Limit the dishwashing sink and area for chemical and dishwashing use only.

- Thaw in cold water which is changed frequently
- Thaw in microwave.
