Hand wash station after servicing to the hot water tank provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Single use gloves worn by all employees.
200ppm quats available for use in spray bottle.
Hot dog condiments cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Retail area fresh foods display cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Upright display freezer at -17 degrees C.
Ice cream freezer at -23 degrees C.
Display cooler with access from back at or below 4 degrees C.
All food products stored off the floor. Chemicals stored away from food products.
