Corrective Action(s): Droppings should be removed daily and area should be sanitized. Sanitize all work surfaces and food contact surfaces prior to use. All food should be kept in pest proof containers. Do not leave open bags of food laying around when not in use (ex. skim milk powder). Violation Score: 9

Routine Inspection -Hand washing sinks fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels. -Coolers were at 4 C or below. -Walk-in freezer at - 18 C. -High temperature dishwasher registered at least 71 C on plate surface during the final rinse cycle. -Quats surface sanitizer in bottles registered at 200 ppm quats. -Hot foods are heated to 74 C. -Temperature records maintained. -Staff wearing hair nets. -Pest control services are in place - continue following their recommendations. -A copy of the report will be emailed to the Operator.
