Observation: A lot of stuff on the floor, too crowded in beside the back door.
Corrective Action(s): -Discard any items that are not used in daily operation.
-Organize and store everything off of floor at least 6 " to prevent harboring pests and aid for cleaning.

*** Discussed NO meat cutting or grinding on site due to lack of space, to be ordered pre-cut and grind.

*** Store all take out dishware in sealed bins, all clean dishware to be kept in sealed bin to protect from contamination ( rodent)
