Observation: 1. Walk-in cooler measured to be holding temperatures around 8.0°C. Cooler temperatures should be holding temperatures at 4.0°C or less.
2. Peeled garlic (4 containers) observed to be held at fresh vegetable display cooler. Product holding 10°C at time of inspection
**Corrected during inspection** Staff discarded containers. Will inform other staff to not store this product at this location.
Corrective Action(s): Bring in thermometer to Monitor cooler and ensure temperatures of 4°C or less are maintained.
If temperatures cannot maintain 4.0°C or less, items will need to be moved to a working cooler. Otherwise, products will need to be discarded as time-temperature abused product.
