-Handwashing station was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels. -2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Two sink plugs were available. -200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser at the 2-compartment sink. -Walk-in-cooler for produce was at 4 degrees C or less. -Walk-in-cooler for dairy was at 4 degrees C or less. Food products were stored off the floor in the dairy walk-in-cooler. Fan covers appeared clean. -Food storage areas appeared clean. -No signs of pest activity were evident at the time of inspection. -Pest control program was in place via Rentokil.
