Follow-up to inspection conducted on September 25, 2019 (MLOO-BGCQRY)

- Food items are now stored in containers with lids.
- In-use rice scoop stored in ice water. Ensure scoops are fully submerged in ice water.
- Canned food transferred to food grade container
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in a container with wiping cloths. Ensure all food contact surfaces are being sanitized before use in the morning and throughout the day.
- General sanitation has improved. Continue to clean regularly in all areas. Inspect all areas for rodent droppings and clean/sanitize those areas as needed.
- Raw wood near hand washing station has been painted
- Kitchen back door was closed at the time of inspection
