Follow up inspection for JPAK-BJ6ULG -Prep cooler now in good working order; temperature measured to be at 4 C or lower -Third compartment sink filled with bleach sanitizer; detected 100 ppm of chlorine residual -Walk-in cooler fan cover still needs cleaning; operator provided cover for cut french fries in the walk-in cooler until fan is cleaned on Tuesday. Ensure to use food-grade products to cover food products.
