Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Accumulation of debris observed on the dough mixer. On the top insert hole of mixer, grease was leaking out from the hole.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the dough mixer. Ensure grease is cleaned up to prevent it from leaking into the dough. Correct by: Immediately.

Follow-up inspection:
- Hand washing stations not obstructed and provided with hot/cold running water.
- Bleach sanitizer available at all food prep stations, measured at 200 ppm.
- Interior wall of the walk-in cooler cleaned. All mold stains removed.
- Food covered inside the walk-in cooler.
- Raw meats stored under ready to eat products.
- Dough mixer cleaned and sanitized. Manager stated the oil was for lubrication and currently the leaking hole was wrapped by saran wrap.
- Outstanding violation on hot water faucet in the handicap washroom and exhaust canopy. Manager contacted technician and waiting for service time.
- General sanitation improved.
