Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # LKIM-CYAQLR of Dec-07-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Only hand sink in food preparation area is broken. Hot water faucet is not functional. Facility has previously tried to repair unit. . Correction: Use three compartment sink until such time as hot water tap is repaired. THIS IS A PRIORITY. The fully functional hand sink is a requirement of the facility to remain in operation. .

ITEMS CORRECTED: - Hand sink has been repaired - Screwdriver on site to ensure if hand sink malfunctions again faucet can be tightened - Chemical supply company has been contacted to correct sanitizer dispensing unit however unit has not been altered ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - hose attachment for sanitizer dispensing unit requires extension to enable ease of filling three compartment sink. EHO to follow up in New Year. Ensure item is completed. The current practice of filling a container to fill up third compartment sink is not sustainable. Contact Chemical Supply company to correct improper installation.
