Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4C or below. All freezer units were at -18C or below. Interior of the cooler units and ice machine noted in exceptionally sanitary condition. Drain plug available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. 200 PPM chlorine available in the bleach sanitizer spray bottle. No signs of pest noted during the inspection. Operator was on-site at the time of inspection - FoodSafe level 1 certificate verified.
