A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C; freezer was -17C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach present for sanitizing of dishes in 3-comp. sink. Ensure to mix up a sanitizing solution in a spray bottle every day, to quickly sanitize counter tops throughout the day (1 cap full of bleach into a spray bottle).
- All foods stored in food grade containers; labeled; date coded; and stored 6" off the floor on shelves.
- No expired foods for sale or in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Renovations have been completed to the juice bar. A commerical 3-compartment sink with spray nozzle installed, along with a separate hand washing sink. The counter tops are smooth, durable, level, sealed and easily cleanable.
- General sanitation level is good. Minimal fruit flies seen.
- All in order. |
