Note: Church kitchen is used for monthly pancake breakfasts (for congregation/members only) and is also rented out for use.
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, single use paper towels.
- Walk in cooler at 1.2 deg C (Note: Small amount of food in the walk-in cooler).
- Upright glass doors freezer in dishwashing room at -20 deg C.
- Prep. and dishwashing sinks - satisfactory (pins are available at the time of inspection).
- Dry storage area is organized.
Note: Hot holding table is not in use at the time of inspection (it was not on). Ensure that hot holding at or>60 deg C.
-General sanitation is good (floors, walls, underneath and around all cooking equipment).
-No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Note: Dishwasher is not in use at the time of inspection (it was not on). Ensure that the dishwasher is achieved at list 71.0 deg C on rinse cycle.
Friendly reminder: Surface sanitizer has to be available during operation such as Quat at 200 ppm or chlorine solution (Bleach) at 100 ppm.
