- High-temperature dishwasher reached 76C at dish surface during rinse cycle - good
- Cooler was measured to be at 1C
- Chest freezer was measured to be at -21C
- No hot holding was being done at time of inspection
- Accurate thermometers available
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date
- Cleaning logs well maintained and up to date
- All equipment maintained in good working order and in sanitary conditions; general sanitation excellent
