Observation: Small ants observed in one floor corner to the right of the ice machine. Ants are pests that can contaminate foods and food contact surfaces.

Corrective Action(s): Eliminate pests immediately. As per last inspection report, operator to obtain a pest control contract to have pests monitored in facility routinely, at least bi-weekly to begin.

Observation: Upright cooler air temperature at 7-8C. ALL coolers must operate at less than or equal to 4 degrees celsius at all times.

Observation: Ice machine has some black mould growth inside.
**Correct by: TODAY**
Correction: Turn off the ice machine. Discard all of the ice. Clean the entire machine with warm soapy water, then rinse and apply bleach sanitizer (100 ppm). Air dry. Clean and sanitize the ice machine at least every 2-3 months to maintain.

Follow-up inspection conducted:
General sanitation has improved *Some extra cleaning required on sides of deep frying unit. Continue to clean daily to prevent build-up of grease and debris. Wipe down equipment daily.
Ice machine has been cleaned
Pest droppings have been eliminated. Two sticky traps placed.
Back door has been sealed
All (other) coolers operating at </= 4C
