Comments

All coolers were < 4 C, with the exception of the dessert display cooler, which had an ambient temperature of 10 C. This cooler was not being used to store potentially hazardous foods.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach spray bottle at the front had 100 ppm chlorine.
Bleach is used in the 3-compartment sink for ware washing.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
